Immigration Management Ltd is very happy and proud to provide Immigration Advice Services to our local branches of the Citizens Advice Bureau New Zealand. We voluntarily assist many migrant members of our community with legal issues surrounding themselves and their families.
The Citizens Advice Bureau New Zealand help people to know and understand their rights and obligations and how to use this information to get the best outcomes, provide people with the confidence and the support they need to act, and work for positive social change within communities and wider society. They provide a free and independent service to all.
The Citizens Advice Bureau New Zealand aim to:
- ensure that individuals do not suffer through ignorance of their rights and responsibilities, or of the services available, or through an inability to express their needs effectively.
- exert a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, both locally and nationally.
The Citizens Advice Bureau New Zealand take what we learn from serving individual clients into the broader social policy arena, and to use it to advocate for socially just policies and services in New Zealand. They do this both proactively and in response to consultations from government.
