Code of Conduct

When you trust us with your case, you can expect nothing less than the highest level of care and professionalism. You can be assured that we will use every means available to serve you to the best of our ability to help you achieve your goals.

All licensed immigration advisers in New Zealand are required to comply with the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct 2014, pursuant to section 37 of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007.

Pursuant to section 36 of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, your licensed immigration adviser is also required to maintain their Competency Standards at all times.

Privacy

Immigration Management understands your right to privacy and we are committed to preserving the confidentiality of all clients in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. We never share your personal information, disclose confidential information other than for the purposes of the administration of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007, the promotion of the immigration interests of clients to Immigration New Zealand, as required by law, or otherwise without the client’s prior consent. Your details are held in the secure areas of our system to make communicating with you easier.

Security

Immigration Management ensures that any personal documents belonging to you or relating to clients are held securely whilst in our possession and we will return passports and other personal documents to clients, on request, without delay and in a secure manner.

Contract

All clients of Immigration Management Limited are required to sign an agreement  in accordance with the IAA’s Code of Conduct prior to any representation being conducted on the clients behalf. All services, charges and changes to the agreement will be agreed to, in writing by both parties within this agreement.

Documents

All documents and passports are kept in separate files for individual clients and are held in a secure lockable facility with 24 hour security. All documents will be returned on completion of application along with passports or by request by clients in accordance with the IAA’s Code of Conduct.
